Fifth Arrival is an independent guest-experience consultancy for premium hospitality. This notice explains what happens to the information you choose to share with us. In short: we use it only to reply to you, we never add you to a mailing list, and nothing you share is published or quoted without your written permission.
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you provide: your name, your role, your property or venue, its website, the evaluation you are interested in, your message and your work email. We do not ask for a phone number, and we collect nothing beyond what you enter.
We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible evaluation. We process it on the basis of your consent in sending the enquiry and our legitimate interest in answering business approaches. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to any list.
Your enquiry reaches us through our website host and form provider, Netlify, and our email provider. They process the information on our behalf so that we can receive and reply to your message. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to respond and to maintain any resulting professional relationship. If you would like us to delete your details, tell us and we will remove them.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have shared. Write to info@fifth-arrival.com and we will take care of it.
Discretion is central to how we work. Anything you tell us in an enquiry is treated as confidential, and nothing is published, quoted or used publicly without your separate written permission.
